Palliative And End Of Life Care Support Officer

To provide high quality support to the delivery of services and projects relating to Palliative and End of Life care statutory requirements. To undertake the effective use, analysis, and reporting of data, knowledge, and information to support, improve and inform the delivery of services and projects.
