A social, supportive, boutique size property company in Marylebone is looking for an immediately available Personal Assistant and Office Manager to join their team. A small but busy office, we are looking for someone to take charge and ensure an efficient day to day workflow.
Ideal candidates will have Office Management/ PA experience, computer/tech savvy, extremely organised, with a positive can-do attitude.
Duties include:
- Managing inboxes and diaries
- Frequent liason with clients and external suppliers
- Implementing smooth office processes
- Website and social media management
- Maintaining office supplies
- Booking travel, restaurants, meetings and appointments
