The Senior Para Planner will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors by conducting in-depth research, analysis, and preparation of financial plans for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors to gather client information and assess their financial goals and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of investment products, tax strategies, and retirement planning options.
- Prepare detailed financial plans, including cash flow projections, retirement income analysis, and risk management strategies.
- Assist in the development of investment proposals and recommendations for clients.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in financial planning.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Para Planners within the team.
- Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of financial products and markets to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working within Financial Services, industry-relevant qualifications, along with strong market awareness. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be the first point of contact for any client queries.
