Paralegal BANKING £350-500/d DUBLIN 6 Months Contract Hybrid

Paralegal | Financial Services | DUBLIN or BELFAST | HYBRID 3 days in the office per week | £350-£500/day Inside IR35 | 6 Month Contract

Our Investment Banking client is seeking a talented and experienced Paralegal to join their Dublin or Belfast office to assist in the smooth running of the team while also carrying out a range of governance related work in supporting regulated and unregulated legal entities.

Your essential background and experience will include:

• 5 years minimum experience as a Paralegal in either Financial Services or a corporate regulated environment


• Previous Company Secretarial experience is essential.


• Formal or informal management experience would be desirable.


• Experience in financial services in either in-house or experience working with financial services clients, would be an advantage


• Minute taking skills are essential


• Meeting Management skills are essential


• Attention to detail

Location: Dublin (Can also be based in Belfast office)

Hybrid: 3 Days in the office per week

Rate: £350 - £500/d Inside IR35 (You will work through an umbrella firm in this role)

Contract: 6 Months (potential temp to perm)
