SalaryOur client is a highly respected legal practice with a branch based at Swadlincote. Owing to ongoing success, they now have an opening for a Paralegal to work on post-exchange. This is a varied and interesting role and will include carrying out the following:
- Preparation of exchange letters and memos
- Dealing with requisitions
- Administration and collation of documents concerned with land registry
- Carrying out compliance and bank checks
- Uploading of post completion documents
- Sending out title information documents
- Preparation and submission of AP1/FR1 for Land Registry
- Completion letters and phone calls
- Carrying out a variety of administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, closing and archiving of files, etc
This role would suit someone who has some relevant experience or someone who has obtained their legal qualification and is looking to put their theory into practice!
