Industrial Disease Paralegal - Glasgow - Salary DOE

Are you an experienced Disease Paralegal looking for a new opportunity? 

Do you have experience providing support to a busy and vast client base?

Are you looking for a new opportunity in Glasgow, to join an established business?

We are looking to speak to experienced Paralegals who are looking for a new opportunity in Glasgow, to join a leading, established pursuer firm. You will ideally have existing experience within PI or Civil Injury and be looking to develop your experience further within a new sector and environment. Ideally, you will be a confident communicator, who is able to build strong relationships, manage your own caseload and proactively assist the wider team when required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading business, based in the centre of Glasgow! 

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Glasgow. The working hours will be 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. 

Are you who we are looking for?

• You have Paralegal experience within an Industrial Disease, PI, or Litigation environment
• You are a confident and enthusiastic individual, who is client focused
• You have a strong attention to detail
• You are proactive and can work to your initiative 
• You are a professional communicator both written and orally, and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders daily 
• You can work well individually and within a wider team environment
• You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and other systems 

What is the day to day like? 

• Guiding clients through difficult situations, providing support and empathy at every step of the process
• Proactively dealing with client requests daily 
• Managing your own case holding daily
• Supporting others within the wider team with more complex cases
• Completing all administrative tasks daily, to high standards within set time frames and deadlines
• Building strong internal and external relationships with internal and external stakeholders
