Salary- Salary Range: £32,000 - £42,000 pro rata (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Location: Buxton
- Job Type: Flexible (office-based with potential for hybrid working)
- Hours: 24-36 per week
- Work closely with a small team of experienced administrators, paraplanners, and advisers.
- Learn and apply the firm’s methods and practices.
- Engage in role progression with encouragement and full training support to meet objectives.
- Provide detailed financial planning support to advisers.
- Prepare written advice and provide technical research services to a high standard.
- Ensure that all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a paraplanner within an IFA firm.
- Financial services qualifications.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Whole of Market knowledge.
- Proficient in report writing.
