Position: Paraplanner
Location: Guildford, UK
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Paraplanner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Financial Advisers by preparing and maintaining high-quality financial planning documents and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of financial plans and recommendations.
- Prepare suitability reports and other client-facing documents in line with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with client meetings, providing technical support and expertise as required.
- Liaise with providers and other external parties to obtain necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in legislation affecting financial planning.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent would be advantageous.
