About the Role:

Are you a seasoned paraplanning professional with a knack for effective communication, detailed orientated, and impeccable timekeeping?

Our client is seeking a paraplanner to join their team in Salisbury. In this crucial role, you'll play a key part in overseeing task execution while maintaining close contact with all relevant parties. As a regulated profession, their focus is on delivering exceptional client service.

Key duties:

• Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with Directors, Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and administration team to gather information from providers and clients.
• Process advice transactions and uphold client servicing standards.
• Suitability Reports: Contribute to the creation and presentation of suitability reports to financial advisers, aligning with company policies and current regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Execute duties in strict accordance with the rules and regulations outlined by the Financial Conduct Authority.
• Technical Development: Develop technical knowledge, with encouragement for further growth towards becoming Chartered within the Technical Support team.

Qualifications and Skills required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Diploma qualification is essential.
• Strong teamwork skills encompassing client contact, office ethos, back-office systems, and technology.
• Adherence to rules and regulations set by the Financial Conduct Authority.
• Eagerness to develop technical knowledge, with an encouragement to pursue Chartered status.
