Paraplanner - Folkestone - IFA Firm - £40k - £60k including benefits package
My client, who has offices across Kent with a highly experienced team of Employed Chartered Advisers are a Chartered wealth planning practice who have been operating for over 25 years. I have placed 5 members of staff in the business and met the Directors. They maintain a very high level of staff satisfaction and low turnover.
They have an excellent reputation providing the highest levels of financial advice to HNW private clients who are City professionals, retirees, accumulators, business owners and families across Kent, Sussex & London. The business has its own DFM and investment portfolios and they do have an advice proposition for corporate clients. I am speaking directly to the Managing Director. Business is busier than ever with a growing number of new queries coming into their inboxes through referrals and recommendations and therefore do not need to do any marketing activities.

The business has always maintained its independence operating as a stand along wealth management business and has not joined any large networks. The business has grown organically via recommendation and referral as opposed to acquisition. As a result of this ongoing success, a brand-new vacancy has been created by the Managing Director for a highly experienced Paraplanner. You will be working in a pooled environment of Paraplanners. However, the intention is that the holder of this role will work with one of the leading Advisers more so than the other advisers and work with the business’s highest net worth cases. There may be instances where you sit in on meetings with the Advisers and be client facing. This role will be suitable for a Paraplanner who is diploma qualified and possibly or at least on your way to obtaining your diploma. If you are working towards your Chartered Status this would be highly advantageous. Full study will be given if you are undertaking your final exam.
