Person Specification

To be successful in this role you will need the below essential attributes, experience, skills and knowledge.

Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Lead Criterion: Experience in developing and delivering Parliamentary and Stakeholder Engagement programmes.
  • Understanding of parliamentary procedures and Stakeholder best practice
  • Creative thinking and approach to problem solving and delivery in different contexts.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentation skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely for a range of different channels and media.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading innovation in communications.
  • Understanding of the role of audience segmentation and targeting for communications.
