Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise to actualise client visions, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered.
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors.
Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and due diligence of design and construction information.
Prepare comprehensive working drawing packages in Revit.
Attend face-to-face client meetings, confidently representing our firm.
Requirements:
Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Revit being essential.
Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience.
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for embracing new and innovative ideas.
Experience working on Residential, Education and Commercial projects essential.
A strong work ethic with a collaborative approach, capable of meeting deadlines.
