ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT PART 2 (2 ROLES AVAILABLE)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two creative Architectural Assistants to join us in the London studio! You will have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects both in the UK and internationally.
We welcome applications from those who are particularly interested in working within the Residential or Aviation sectors, however if you have a broad range of experience then we would still love to hear from you.
You will have a good understanding of the design process and ability to assist the management and delivery of projects from concept to completion. We work collaboratively, with all of our projects benefiting from the invaluable experience and enthusiasm that our accumulated knowledge brings.
We are looking for driven and proactive individuals who can bring talent and innovation to our London teams.
Your skills
- You will have a strong working knowledge of CAD, preferably Revit, although we will provide training
- Be highly computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and SketchUp applications
- Be a confident presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision
Your qualifications and experience
- The role will suit a Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant with broad experience
- Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
- Working knowledge of town planning procedures
