My client is looking for a passionate Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their growing team based in Chelmsford. This RIBA-chartered practice has over a decade of experience across a multitude of sectors, including: Residential, Commercial, Master-planning and Mixed Interiors. With a passion for creating functional and positive environments, this award-winning practice boasts a diverse and varied portfolio of clients. This post offers the opportunity to join a close-knit team who seek to bring together all aspects of Architecture & Interiors under one roof. The successful candidate can expect to join a thriving practice who have several exciting projects coming up.

An ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate has strong Revit skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• RIBA Part 2 Qualification (essential)
• Several years' post-qualification experience (essential)
• Proficient in Revit (essential)
• Flare for design & attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously
• Positive and motivated attitude
• Good understanding of current building regulations and requirements
• Confident engaging clients/contractors
