An enthusiastic RIBA qualified Part 1 Architectural Assistant is required to come on board and help in the delivery of design projects in both the Residential and Commercial sectors. You will be actively encouraged to utilise excellent design ability to contribute to the evolving designs within these sectors, however the opportunity will be available to move into other sectors as the role develops including Mixed-Use, Education, Industrial, Masterplanning & Healthcare.

Architectural Assistant Requirements:
RIBA Part 1 qualification
Experience within the UK Architecture industry is highly desirable
An understanding of Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
An understanding of UK Building Regulations and RIBA stages 1-4
Capability to prepare detailed drawings and specifications
Confident communication skills
Self-motivated and strong work etc.
