We are currently helping a growing practice in Bradford hire a new Part 2 Architectural Assistant to help with the ever-increasing demand for their services. This practice is looking to hire someone who is passionate about developing a long-term career in the architectural industry. The ideal candidate will already have a couple years of experience working in practice. 
 
This practice are specialists in the Transportation sector and have developed a close relationship with clients in this part of the market, resulting in consistent repeat business. They've grown this client base since 2000, starting off locally, but they now offer their services across the whole of the UK, alongside offering international services to some of their clients! 
 
They also work on some projects within the Commercial and Education sector, such as office spaces and schools. Following the increase in demand for their services in the Transportation sector they work on less projects in the Education sector, but they still have the skillset to take these projects on as and when it suits them, providing more job security and stability in the market.
 
Some great benefits are also on offer, including hybrid working after settling into the team - you'll be able to work at home 3 days a week, with current staff going into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They'll also provide, support, guidance and mentorship for your Part 3 studies, giving you the help needed to progress to Architect level! They'll also provide training in ArchiCAD, with this being their software of choice. 
 
Part 2 Architectural Assistant - Requirements and Responsibilities 

• Previous experience working as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant in the UK
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• Live within a commutable area to Bradford
• Previously used AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
• Positive, sociable, and committed attitude
• Ability to communicate with all stakeholders effectively
• Drivers license and car owner

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will be working on projects from concept to completion, giving them the perfect opportunity to get all the experience required to complete Part 3 and become an Architect!
