Excellent role on offer for a Architectural Technologist or Part II Architectural Assistant looking to join an innovative and sustainable construction consultancy who predominantly work within the residential social housing sector.
Are you an Architectural Technologist or Part II Architectural Assistant from a residential or social housing background? Are you looking to join an expanding and passionate company who are looking for another member of their team?
This company are a multi-disciplinary practice who are known for their unique designs, working within the Modular Industry as well as with a number of top National Home Builders. They have experienced a lot of growth over the last couple of years and have some exciting projects coming up, therefore looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their innovative team.
In this role you will have a varied job role, working on multiple projects at one time. The projects vary in size and scale including residential, cladding, social housing and refurbishment projects. Projects will range from single housing schemes to large scale housing developments. You will be producing technical design drawings on both new build and refurbishment residential schemes. You will attend client meetings, and liaise with contractors, providing technical advice when required.
This varied yet interesting role would therefore ideally suit someone with a background in Architecture who has previously worked as a Technologist or Part II Architectural Assistant who has a background in Residential or Commercial construction. Someone who has knowledge and experience in AutoCAD with experience in Building and Planning.

• Experience in RIBA stages 4 +
• Must be a strong user of Revit and AutoCAD
