This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days a week travel to a new state of the art office space in the heart of Newcastle.

The Role
The Project Application Analyst position will see you provide support and expertise for our range of project applications. You will ensure the organisations users receive an outstanding service by focusing on business needs whilst adhering to agreed SLAs. You will liaise with surrounding technical teams in the business, and work together on complex and critical support issues in the relevant technical space.
The successful candidate will have experience of some of the following. The below list isn’t exhaustive, it’s more to provide an idea. If you’re meeting a handful of the required points, we’d still encourage you to apply:
- Demonstrable experience of supporting Autodesk/Bentley/BIM suites
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM software
- Strong understanding of software used in engineering design
- Excellent communications skills order to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical users
- Experience with Powershell is advantageous but not essential
