Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Weoley Castle, Birmingham
Qualification: Level 2 Early Years
Start Date: Immediate
Working Days: 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated care for a group of 2-year-olds as their key worker.
* Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and play.
* Collaborate with fellow educators to create age-appropriate activities and experiences.
* Build positive relationships with parents and guardians.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Level 2 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
* Passion for working with 2-year-olds and aiding in their early development.
* Availability to work 3 days per week, either Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday.
* Excellent communication skills and a warm, nurturing demeanour.
