Part Time Accounts Administrator
30 - 34 hours per week
Pro Rata salary of 27k to 35k depending on experience and hours worked
Based in Canvey Island, Essex.
Flexible on working days and hours - but will be based at the office.
General - Purchase Ledger, Accounts payable, General Ledger and Monthly Management account reconciliation.

Duties of a Part Time Accounts Administrator
- Processing Invoices
- Reconciling delivery notes
- Bank reconciliations
- Working with Sage Accounts
- Preparing and submitting monthly management accounts
- Making BACS or cheque payments
- Overseeing all purchases and suppliers are paid on time
