PART TIME PURCHASE LEDGER PERSON - HOURS 20 - 25 HOURS A WEEK (flexible trimmings)
I am looking for a long term temporary person with strong Purchase Ledger skills, to work for a company based around the Windsor area.
Hours: 20 - 25 hours a week (Working from the Office)
System: Sage Line 50
Main duties:
- Purchase Ledger
- Coding and entering invoices onto Sage as directed
- Dealing with PO numbers
- Matching batching and coding invoices
- Dealing with purchase invoices for authorisation to departmental heads
- Statement reconciliations
- Setting up new supplier on Sage
- Compiling supplier/expenses payment runs
- Uploading/inputting payment runs onto bank and ensure authorisation
- Sending remittance advice
