Our client provides grounds maintenance services to residential, sports, retail and commercial businesses nationwide. They require a Part Time Administrator for their busy office in Aylesbury.
In addition to the administration tasks, the successful applicant will require some experience of customer service as there is a lot of telephone calls to and from members of the public.
With the primary objectives to provide proficient administrative support and excellent customer care, the Administrator will have the following duties:
- Answering customer calls and advising on work schedule times
- Prepare and process invoices raised by the contract office prior to sending to Head Office for payment
- Oversee office stationery and other office consumable levels, arranging for replenishment through external suppliers when appropriate
- To support the manager in maintaining staff personnel records
- To provide a service in terms of filing and computer systems
The successful candidate must demonstrate IT and computer abilities and full training will be given on inhouse software.
They must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, show good organisational skills, have good communication skills and be customer focused.
