Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: High WycombeSalary: £25,000 per annum or £13.47 hourly Contract Type: Temporary to PermanentHours: 08:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri with the requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays with the opportunity to do more as overtime, to gain holiday in lieu or as part of the working week, and to have a weekday off.Our High Wycombe-based client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.Responsibilities:
- Answering Customer Queries: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing queries via phone and email.
- Engineer coordination and appointment scheduling.
- Complaint Resolution: Respond to customer complaints and efficiently resolve issues.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records in databases.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the wider team.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organisational skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role
