They have recently moved to new offices in Blakelands, Milton Keynes and are seeking a new addition to add value to their small office team. Day to day responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with providing customers quotes, confirming appointments, arranging product demonstrations and handling all customer enquiries
- Manage all service and repair enquiries and support the service department.
- Produce customer service & repair quotes and invoices.
- Support the sales team with any detailed reports required which includes information on weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly customer and product sales information
- Answer all incoming calls
- Manage social media activities with sales team
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a sales support role
- Good excel and Microsoft office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of social media management would be advantageous
