Hours 09:00 - 17.30 (17.00 finish on a Friday)
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office each week on a Wednesday and a Thursday
You will be working in the office in Milton Keynes for the first 8 weeks.
Are you an experienced SAP user? Are you an Administrator looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Then this may be the role for you. Tate are delighted to be working with a high-profile company based in Milton Keynes to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their busy Sales department. Reporting directly to the Office Manager you will be dealing with a high level of incoming sales orders and enquiries. You will be working in a friendly, busy team. This role is fast paced and requires great attention to detail and a strong communicator who is a team player.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and emails and support customers and suppliers with queries.
- Building rapport with retailers, couriers, and the outsourced logistics company
- Support with the maintenance of the fleet and travel expenses and bookings.
- Processing orders for mass market orders
- Process credits and debits.
- Monitoring stock levels
- Process and check expenses.
- General administration duties
Person specifications:
- Must have previous sales order experience.
- Must have used SAP previously.
- Must be a confident user of Excel.
- Previous fleet and travel experience desired
- Ability to be proactive and work off own initiative.
- Natural problem solver and customer service experience
- Experience working with or knowledge of logistics.
- Confident speaking to people at all different levels in the company
