Internal Sales Administrator

The role of Internal Sales Administrator will support a busy sales office, helping with customer enquiries, raising quotes.The role is in the Biological Raw Materials division, with customers that are based throughout the world, varying from small independent companies to large multi-national organisations.Job Responsibilities:Analysis of existing customer base with a view to expanding interaction, developing new contacts and ultimately identifying new opportunities.Work with sales team colleagues to pass on opportunities, providing full briefing on each opportunity, products of interest, potentially supplier qualification process, production qualification process and lead times.Receiving enquiries from our customers, setting them up in our CRM system.Assist with the process of sourcing products when required from the network of suppliers.Working with sales support, identify accounts that have not purchased recently with a view to contacting them to re-establish supply.Ideally you will have:Good organisationIT literate and administrative skillsA customer service backgroundThis is a full-time role working in a rural setting with a lovely team. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5pm and 9am until 3pm on a Friday.Full training provided with this role! A salary of up to £25,000pa offered. Due to location you will need transport, our client is based in a small village outside Buckingham.
