Part Time Administrator

Personnel Selection are pleased to be working alongside this fantastic business, based at Solent Business Park in Whiteley. The role is offered on a temp to perm basis and will be working 30 hours p/w, with shifts as follows:

Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed and Sun = 9 to 5

Week 2: Mon, Tues, Wed and Sun = 9 to 5

Week 3: Mon, Tues, Wed and Sun = 9 to 5

Week 4: Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs = 9 to 5

This will be an office based position, so please ensure you are able to get to the above location within these times before applying.

Your role will involve acting as the centralised point of control for patients that are referred into the CMDU via a centralised mailbox. The CMDU Administrator shall be a liaison for all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient and concise communication in relation to the receipt, control and completion of all referrals into the system. Adhering to national and local guidance to ensure that the provision of the service is extended to all patients recognised to be at most risk from serious illness if infected by COVID19.

• Ability to question, to gather information and act on that information appropriately and proactively in order that the patients receive the best possible care and help
• Demonstrate kindness, understanding and empathy whilst adhering to the CMDU guidelines
• Experience within roles where customer service was paramount is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to demonstrate great customer service
• Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office or other databases
• Good standard of literacy and numeracy
