Maintaining accurate records on in-house system

Resolving queries

Liaising with internal teams

Working as part of a team to ensure targets are achieved

Previous experience in an administration role

Strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines

Working hours are 21 per week, which can be worked over 3 full days, or 4/5 shorter days. The role is hybrid, with a blend of office and home working.
