* Part-time administrative/secretarial role, flexible hours and days
* Office-based role in Finchley with easy parking
* Additional hours are required to cover team members

We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join a supportive and friendly team as an Administrator/Secretary. This is a part-time position, working 2-3 days a week with flexible hours (10am-3pm or similar). You will also provide cover for the company PA when needed, so some additional flexibility will be required.
Duties include:
* Providing dictation and typing support
* Answering the phones and managing the reception area
* Ordering office supplies
* Assist with mail merge, training will be provided
* Offering general administrative support to the team
* Covering for the PA during leave/absences
We are looking for candidates who have some previous administrative experience, along with:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible and positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent IT skills
* A willingness to learn and support others
