The role is based on-site in stunning offices in central London, offering flexibility with working 2/3 days per week.

Main Responsibilities:

• Answering Telephone Calls: Provide exceptional phone support and take messages.
• Client Relations: Interact with clients in Italy, ensuring outstanding service.
• Finance and Administration: Handle expenses, simple finance issues, and liaise with accountants.
• Correspondence: Type and compose various correspondence.
• Client Interaction: Greet VIP clients, ensuring meeting rooms are in perfect order.
• Publicity/Social Media: Engage in publicity and social media duties.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Excel and Mac.
• Organizational Skills: First-rate prioritization and organization skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills.
• Presentation: Smart and professional appearance.
• Team Player: Ability to work in a team environment and use initiative.
• Numeracy Skills: Proficient in simple finance duties.
