The Role:
Our client is seeking a VIP Account Manager to nurture and grow their VIP Italian-speaking customer base. Your main objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction and boost lifetime value through personalized account management. This involves understanding individual needs, providing exceptional support, fostering loyalty, and managing risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person client interactions.
- Adapt your schedule to meet the needs of VIP clients, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Act as the primary contact for VIP clients, coordinating with internal teams to resolve any issues related to technical, financial, or service aspects, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Create tailored promotional offers for VIPs, and analyse, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights on VIP market trends and customer experiences, supporting the overall success of the brand.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a VIP Customer Executive in the iGaming or online casino industry.
- Fluent in Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Background in sales or account management, preferably within the gaming or gambling industry.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
- Highly organized with excellent prioritization abilities.
- Proficient in using multiple systems and quick to learn new tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges and resolve customer issues effectively.
