Position:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to clients
- Utilise Salesforce to track account activity, sales progress, and customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations with clients
- Analyse sales data and market trends to develop strategic account plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and meet targets
- Proficiency in a CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset
