This company has been established for over 50 years, boasting an excellent reputation, working with a wide range of clients in Central London. They invest heavily in their training and development of people while aiming to deliver high quality service to their clients and unrivalled progression.

In this role, the successful Accountancy Practice Manager will be managing client relationships, audits, accounting, and tax projects for a range of high-esteemed clientele as well as leading, managing and developing junior members of the team. Also, you will be interacting extensively with the partners in the practice to ensure you are delivering to their elevated levels of service and maintaining their excellent record and reputation within the industry.

The ideal Accountancy Practice Manager would come from a similar role and be eager to progress to Partnership within the Top 25 Accountancy organisation and be prepared to work more in an office environment at least 3 days a week.

The Role:

• Delivering high quality audit, accounts preparation and tax services.
• Develop enduring client relationships
• Progression to Equity Partner

The Person:

• ACA or equivalent qualified
• UK Accounting/Audit/Tax Practice within UK
• Happy to work in office 3 days a week minimum
• Commutable to Central London
• Progress to Equity Partner
