About the Role
We are seeking a Practice Manager/PA to join our innovative London-based studio of architects, designers, and thinkers. This role is 60% PA to the Principal and 40% Practice Manager, ensuring no two days are the same. This position requires a proactive, adaptable individual with a keen eye for detail and a knack for building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Principal's diary and client communications
- Handle HR tasks including employee contracts, interviews, and inductions
- Coordinate health and safety procedures and compliance
- Oversee legal documents and company insurances
- Assist with reception duties and studio organisation
- Manage cash flow, fee chasing, and IT support
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanour
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
- A driving license is a bonus, but not essential
