Iba Credit Control Manager

Due to their continued expansion we are recruiting for a newly created role within a London Market insurance group. This role is to take leadership of their IBA Credit Control team.

This role will be to develop their Credit Control function including

• Organising, planning and implementing strategy for the Credit Control team
• Coaching and mentoring existing staff within the team from motivation, development, monitoring workloads and ensuring continued development of their skills and career paths
• Development and production of high level MI around debt positions etc.
• Enhancing and development of procedures and processes within the Credit Control function
• Recruitment and retention to ensure IBA growth plans can be achieved

You will be an experience leader within an insurance Credit Control/IBA function for another broker, mga or carrier with a proven track record of managing teams of at least 5 - 7 staff. Have the ability to develop teams and function within an insurance Credit Control environment.
