Our Market Leading International Insurance client is looking to recruit a talented Manager to lead their Credit Control team at this exciting time of their development.
You will be an experienced Accounts Controller within an Insurance environment who has a track record of success and now want to progress your career with a major International Employer and to continue to develop your career.
You will take the lead on significant and critical Credit Control matters and use your experience to assist the Business with debt related issues as well as leading and supporting your team.
Our Client very successfully enables it's people to work on a remote basis, and this role can operate fully from your home. Also you can work in their London or Ipswich offices whenever you wish as well.
As Credit Control Manager your key responsibilities will include:
Provision of a high quality Credit Control service to the Business Units.Identify debtor related problems and negotiate/influence in order to collect successfully within targets.Actively service accounts to a high standard and within deadlines including allocate incoming cash, payments to Clients/Underwriters and allocate outgoing cash.Proactively manage and support your team of Credit Controllers in all aspects of their role and personal and professional development.Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.To be successful as a Credit Control Manager you will demonstrate:
Significant knowledge and experience in Accounts Control, including complex ledgers -in an Insurance environmentExperience of supervising and leading peopleCredibility in managing internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication skillsTrack record of resolving debt management issues
