Our client is seeking an experienced temporary part time Administrator to support in a purchasing and general administrative role to the Finance/Admin team. You will need to have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that clear and accurate administrative records are maintained so that company processes and procedures can work effectively.
Location: Sharnbrook, Beds
Hourly pay rate between £12.00 and £12.82 dependent upon experience - immediate start
Working hours Monday to Friday 10.00am until 2pm. Office Based - Free on-site parking and on-site restaurant.
Description Finance/Admin Duties • Maintaining and updating spreadsheet records • Receipting of goods and accurately updating record logs accordingly. • Logging receipt of invoices • Scanning documents and electronically filing as appropriate • Handling general emails and postal correspondence from customers and suppliers • Accurately file and archiving paper documents.
