Address
Salary- Design and deliver age/phase related practices to an allocated group of players.
- Support the development of academy players through planning, delivery and evaluation of coaching sessions and games programme.
- Monitor individual players and formally report their progress using a range on tools including FIP.
- Attend as requested internal meetings, internal and external CPD events.
As an Age Group Coach you need to be empathic to young players, possess exceptional organisation and communication skills, be a highly motivated and driven individual with a desire to succeed and can do attitude as well as being able to adapt to change.
