Part-Time Apprenticeship Manager

• Part time (20 hours rising to 25 hours)
• Hybrid working
• Preferably has own transport
• £34,000 full time equivalent, £18,200 pro-rata

Our client, a not-for-profit organisation is currently looking for an Apprenticeship Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage apprenticeship programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards
• Recruit, mentor, and support apprentices throughout their training and development
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to create and deliver high-quality training materials
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of apprentices, providing feedback and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programs
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A passion for developing and mentoring young talent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
