Part Time Art Teacher
Contract: Part Time (0.4 FTE), Fixed Term to 31st August 2024
Salary: MPR/UPR (£30,000 to £46,525 / Actual £12,000 to £18,610)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join our Art and Design Department.
You will have be highly capable with an excellent understanding of the subject and have the ability to motivate, challenge and inspire our students, with the potential to make a positive contribution to teaching and learning.

Samuel Ward is a successful 11-18 co-educational academy with 1220 students on roll situated in pleasant surroundings on the western edge of Suffolk, within easy reach of Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds. We benefit from excellent facilities. We have recently entered into an exciting partnership with Westfield Primary Academy, located on a site adjacent to SWA, with a view to providing students in the two schools with a continuous, coherent journey from Early Years to A-Level.
