Are you an experienced and reliable bookkeeper looking for a flexible remote position? Look no further! Our growing recruitment agency is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join us as a part-Time Bookkeeper. Work approximately 5-10 hours per week and enjoy the freedom to choose your own schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements and ensure accuracy.
- Process invoice requests promptly and accurately.
- Manage our financial records and keep everything in order.
- Handle weekly temp payroll tasks efficiently.
- Prepare VAT returns, complete reports, and process payroll.
- Manage supplier payments and keep cash flow updated.
- Perform credit control tasks and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software Xero is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Good communication skills.
- Availability for 5-10 hours per week.
- Although this role is remote we would like someone who lives within a commutable distance of our office in Bingham should any meetings be required.
