Part-Time Bookkeeper

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic business in the Sheffield area as they look to recruit a Part-Time Bookkeeper into their team on a permanent basis.
This is an incredibly exciting and varied position where no two days are the same! You ll be integrated as part of an open-plan, friendly office where you will have the day to day responsibility for the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month end assistance and ad-hoc reporting for senior management.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase ledger invoices
• Preparing and processing payment run
• Take ownership over the full accounts payable function
• Bank reconciliations
• Multi-currency reconciliations
• Provide assistance with month-end preparation
• Accruals and prepayments
• Ad-hoc reporting as required
• Reviewing & setting credit limits
• Ad-hoc finance admin tasks as requested

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Confident using accounting software and Excel
• Experience with multicurrency (preferred not essential)
• Experience with accruals and prepayments
