Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic business in the Sheffield area as they look to recruit a Part-Time Bookkeeper into their team on a permanent basis.
This is an incredibly exciting and varied position where no two days are the same! You ll be integrated as part of an open-plan, friendly office where you will have the day to day responsibility for the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month end assistance and ad-hoc reporting for senior management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Preparing and processing payment run
- Take ownership over the full accounts payable function
- Bank reconciliations
- Multi-currency reconciliations
- Provide assistance with month-end preparation
- Accruals and prepayments
- Ad-hoc reporting as required
- Reviewing & setting credit limits
- Ad-hoc finance admin tasks as requested
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Confident using accounting software and Excel
- Experience with multicurrency (preferred not essential)
- Experience with accruals and prepayments
