Part time Bookkeeper/ Payroll Assistant
My client is looking for a part time Bookkeeper/ Payroll Assistant to join their team.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing client payments
- Assisting with Year End Annual Tax accounts
- Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns
- Bookkeeping
- Processing client invoices
- Credit control duties
- Working closely with HMRC
- Completion of internal and external audits
- Communicating with clients
- Adhoc duties as and when required
Desirable qualities:
- Good at problem solving
- Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Advance knowledge with Excel
- You must have your own transport/ UK drivers license due to the rural location
- Maths and English GCSE at grade C or equivalent
Job information:
- 08:30-17:00, 3 or 4 days a week depending on your preference
- Company pension
- £12.44 per hour
- On site parking
- Paid lunch break
- Fully office based (hybrid working is not possible with this role)
