Part Time Carer In Tower Hamlets

We are searching for a part-time live-out carer in Tower Hamlets. The carer would be assisting the clients with personal care and mobility.
Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; start at 9 or 10 AM - 4 hours a day; 12 hours per week
Duties include:
assisting with general care duties
medication management
mobility support
accompanying the clients out for walks and activities
motivating and stimulating the clients
supporting the clients with any exercise that may be required
ensuring that the clients have everything they need at all times
light housekeeping duties
changing bedsheets and linen
clearing out the fridge when required
making sure the flat stays neat at all times
preparing light meals (lunch and snacks) whenever the clients require
ensuring that the clients are safe and comfortable at all times
The ideal start date for this position will be on the 8th of January.
