Job Summary for a Cleaning Site Supervisor:

A new position has arisen for a CleaningSite Supervisor to join our fast-growing well-established cleaning services and maintenance company.

As a Site Supervisor you will manage a team of 24+ cleaners, janitors and supervisors to maintain cleaning standards within 3 large neighbouring schools whilst representing ServiceMaster and keeping a professional standard at all times.

Responsibilities of Site Cleaning Manager:

• Work Planning
• Maintaining stock, machinery, and chemicals
• Management of your teams on site
• Checking all work is completed to a high standard throughout the sites
• Reporting any concerns or inaccuracies to the Key Account Manager

What we are looking for in a Cleaning Site Cleaning Manager here at ServiceMaster Manchester:

• Must be able to undertake regular cleaning duties to a high standard
• Must be able to use different chemicals competently and ensure correct PPE is used (this will be provided)
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervision experience
