Commercial Property Legal Secretary.This is a permanent position.Hours are negotiable, 21 hours preferred.Salary £21,000 - £28,000 (pro rata) depending on experience.The successful candidate will have a background in fast and accurate Audio typing. You will also need to be familiar and confident with using MS Office.Typical duties include:Audio typing, preparing and amending draft documentsMaking and receiving telephone calls and dealing with emailsDealing with clients both in person and on the telephone and assisting clients.Making appointments and assisting with queries.Photocopying, filing and general office duties including opening files and preparing completed files for storage.Completing instruction sheets on initial attendance with clients.Drafting papers and completing various forms.Providing assistance to other members of the office.Liaising with Accounts Department to obtain cheques, print-outs etc., as necessaryThe ideal candidate should have:Accurate and fast typing.Good presentation of letters and documentation.Knowledge of English grammar.Good telephone manner.Ability to deal with client...
