PART-TIME Commercial Property Legal Secretary, Wiltshire

REED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working with a local firm with offices in Wiltshire in their search for a Part-TimeCommercial Property Legal Secretary.

This is a permanent position.

Hours are negotiable, 21 hours preferred.

Salary £21,000 - £28,000 (pro rata) depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a background in fast and accurate Audio typing. You will also need to be familiar and confident with using MS Office.

Typical duties include:

• Audio typing, preparing and amending draft documents
• Making and receiving telephone calls and dealing with emails
• Dealing with clients both in person and on the telephone and assisting clients.
• Making appointments and assisting with queries.
• Photocopying, filing and general office duties including opening files and preparing completed files for storage.
• Completing instruction sheets on initial attendance with clients.
• Drafting papers and completing various forms.
• Providing assistance to other members of the office.
• Liaising with Accounts Department to obtain cheques, print-outs etc., as necessary

The ideal candidate should have:

• Accurate and fast typing.
• Good presentation of letters and documentation.
• Knowledge of English grammar.
• Good telephone manner.
• Ability to deal with clients, intermediaries and other contacts.
• Use of IT systems in the office.
