Part Time Contracts Assistant

Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with a leading company based in the centre of Hull to recruit for a Contracts Officer to join our friendly team 

The company  are looking for an experienced Contracts Assistant with enthusiasm and great communication skills to join our Contracts and Procurement Team. You will be working closely with the Contract Manager and will provide comprehensive support, working in a fast-paced environment.

The team has a strong focus on the delivery and development of projects. As Contracts Assistant you will review contracts and evaluate the performance management of contracts, supporting us to build on key relationships and facilitate stakeholder engagement and management.

You will have:

• Significant relevant knowledge and skills built up through extended experience of project delivery.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and external agencies.
• The ability to gather, analyse and interpret data and information from various sources.
• Experience of partnership work with evidence of being able to promote effective working relationships.
• An understanding of the commissioning, procurement or contracting lifecycles and processes.

You’ll be working closely with the Contract Assistant carrying out the following main duties:

• Attend contract meetings.
• To assist in the inputting and verification of data by the department.
• Liaise with clients, answering queries and following escalation process.
• Light research work.
