Part Time EA - Private Client - Monday, Tuesday and WednesdayGBP 25,000 - 27,000West End THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established Law firm who are seeking a part-time EA to join their Private Client department on a permanent basis. THE ROLE: - Managing diaries, inboxes, appointments and ensuring partners schedules run smoothly
- Handle complex compliance and billing matters
- Attend meetings and take minutes as required
- Arrange all aspects of travel, including bookings, VISAs and currency
- Organise events and seminars for the team
THE PERSON:- Experience in a similar fast-paced role looking after partners
- Experience with extensive diary and inbox management
- Experience within the Legal Industry, ideally in property or Private Client
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Advanced MS Skills
