An experienced Personal Assistant to support a HNW family within a small family office for 3 days per week. This is a support role that will be focused on the principal and his family. You will divide your time between two locations in London. A hands-on approach with no task to small as this is not a secretarial role but a good all-rounder is required. Extensive travel knowledge for all travel management is essential including private jets, commercial airlines and yachts with a proven track record.

You will be the primary point of contact for external suppliers, agents and negotiating rates and services. Assisting the family with online shopping, booking appointments and general administration. Experience with collectables will be useful.

The principals are looking for someone long-term as loyalty is important to them. This position would suit someone who prefers a 9-5:30 office-based role who has a demonstrated background within a HNW family/private office. You will need to be a car driver with your own vehicle.

Salary will be commensurate with experience for the right candidate. Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
